Registration forms for Fall &
Winter programs for returning participants must be submitted
by June 2, 2008 with payment as described on registration
form. Returning members are placed into programs before
new applicants in the order in which they are received.
After June 2, all applications will be processed with no
preference given to returnees. Those that are unable to
be placed into programs will be placed on a waiting list
in the order in which they are received. Received applications
are to be considered accepted only when Winter Garden notifies
applicants with a confirmation document, in person, email,
or by mail. All newcomer notifications of status will be
made by mail only, and will be mailed out on Saturday, June
10th. Telephone calls are unable to be returned regarding
status of applications before June 15th.
Registration forms for Fall and Winter programs, accepted
on a first come first serve basis with priority given to
returning particitpants, will be received, in person, on
Sat, May 31 (9am-2:00pm) & Mon, June 2 (5-8pm).
Participants do not have to wait for in-person registration
- mail or fax in your forms at any time. After August
15, 2008, registration may be made in person in the office, or by mail if space is available or to
be placed on the wait list.
- Final payments are collected in full
on August 15, 2008.
- Spring Program registration forms
are due February 15, 2009 with payment in full.
- Returned checks or credit charges
are subject to $25 administrative fee.
- Refunds, less $65 administrative
fee, will be made to anyone who has a medical reason,
which must be documented before your program starts
- Cancellation of any program must
be made in writing 30 days prior to the program start
date, after which no credit or refund can be offered.
Full refund shall be made less $65 administrative fee.
- Late payments will be automatically
assessed a $25 administrative late fee, and 1.5% interest
per month.
- Any special payment requests must
be made in writing, addressed to Winter Garden. There
are no verbal agreements.
- To be completely fair, absolutely
no exceptions can be made to the above policies.
- In the event of inclement weather,
Winter Garden will usually be open and your ice time will
be available if there is adult supervision available.
Games and practices will not be made up. Cancellations
will be posted on our phone system and website.
- Winter Garden reserves the right
to terminate and/or eject any Participant or observer
for any type of behavior (like shouting profanities) which
is incompatible with our family oriented philosophy.
- Participants assume complete responsibility
for lost and stolen articles or money.
- Programs may be cancelled due to
lack of enrollment.
- Skaters are not allowed on ice while
machine gates are open and Zamboni is on ice.
- Schedules may change from time to
time. Check the bulletin board every visit. Cancellations
will not be made up.
- All skaters are urged to wear complete
protective equipment.
- No horseplay in lobby area, please
monitor & pick up after your kids ...be considerate!
- Complaints & suggestions should
be made in writing and handed into Winter Garden office,
or mailed. If you do more than talk about it, we will,
too. We care.
- Any participant who willfully attempts
to harm or fight with another person will be arrested
for assault. A hockey ring is not a law-free zone.
- Any person found vandalizing the
arena or its property will be permanently ejected from
the rink and all programs. No refunds will be
given
- No food may be brought into the
rink, unless prior authorization has been received from
rink management.
- Participation in a youth hockey program
does not entitle participation in Public Skating
or Stick & Puck Sessions.

In our attempt to make Winter Garden the finest single-rink
facility in North America, we are listening to your comments.
You will notice various improvements - direct responses
to your suggestions that make Winter Garden a nicer, safer
place to be... However, the facility wont be pleasant
unless you help us... help
by monitoring your childrens behavior... help by keeping
your comments constructive...help keep it clean... Make
sure your kids leave the dressing rooms and lobby area clean...
